Terrible Experience and Most Recent Update has broken Calendar

While Airwatch may be winning over Corporate Technology Officers because of encryption it is a terrible experience for users/employees. Most recent update claiming that they have improved Calendar experience is the exact opposite. Any appointments booked within last week are now not showing in my calendar. For iOS users there is no option to set out of office messages, whereas for Andriod users this is an option. Any email that includes graphics means that you have to import image into Content App which does not work. It takes 2 or 3 attempts to see anything and just not acceptable in an age where most emails include graphics of some sort. Not sure if this update was trying to fix calendar availability but competitor products allow you to know if internal colleagues are available prior to book a meeting. Also calendar does not show whether individual in a group invite has accepted or declined invite. Companion Browser App works about 20% of the time, which means it is not reliable for access company intranet. All in all, this is a poor app that has detracted from overall employee experience. More and more I am considering moving back to a Blackberry and carrying two devices. In fact since Airwatch has become our company Byod provider I am often carrying two devices as I am bringing my laptop with me. Airwatch must have a great sales team, too bad software engineers are not as gifted. Reaching tipping point for me.

Much worse than "Good"

As tedious and trying as the Good App was that my company was using, this App is HORRIBLE and should be renamed as such. The calendar only shows one day of events/appointments rather than being able to see the week or month at a glance. I now have to delete emails in both Outlook and this HORRIBLE App. The folder functionality stinks as all folders and sub fielders are either all open or all closed. Any IT person approving or recommending this app should be fired immediately.

Huge fonts

Font is huge and no way to adjust. Too bad because its a decent MDM solution.

Cant get latest version, 2.5, to open on iPad

I eventually was able to get it working on the iPhone by deleting and reinstalling, but nothing is working for the iPad. Ive reinstalled it about 10 times, it just keeps going to "configuring..." with a "please wait..." box and unclickable "i" and eventually says "Not Configured" with contact your admin, etc and unclickable "try again". Cant get to settings to configure or un-enroll, just a cycle of getting nowhere

Works!

Works like a champ again! Still no notifications when email arrives.

Not as good as Good

This application is not iPhone 6 optimized (still). Cant wait to switch to Microsoft native Outlook with O365 cloud.

Optimize

iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have been out for 2 years. Can you optimize the app to take advantage of these bigger screens please?

Epic Fail!

There are still no notifications when you get new mail. This is mandatory for an email app isnt it? Also still not optimized for iPhone 6 and 6+ screens. The font size is rediculous!

Optimize for iPhone 6!!

Great app but looks terrible on an iPhone 6 as its optimized for a 5. I have no idea how this hasnt been fixed by now, please update.

Garbage

Would like to see touchid enabled by default. My company isnt going to have a clue its avail Push notifications dont work!!

Amazingly horrendous

In fact, practically useless. 1. I dont receive ANY new mail notifications, icon bubble or otherwise. 2. Reply and forward icons are not industry standard. More like "redo"/"undo" 3. How about implementing Touch ID or not timing my sign out immediately after closing the app? 4. So many other issues, so little patience at this point.

Great

Very happy with recent releases. Very stable.

Because I cant put zero

Gtartz VMWare....

Not all Information of Exchange Account

Hello, with the App it is not possible to see all calendars and contacts. I have more than one calendar and contact folder but only the main folder is synchronized.

Horrible release

I cant believe that a business software company can release such a bad app. Dont bother with v1.0

This app crashes 100% of the time

This app will not even start anymore, it just crashes every time. Previous versions at least started even though it always takes over 60 seconds to load which is already ridiculous compared to any other MDM out there. Considering the amount that we paid for AirWatch, I thoroughly regret it. All they are is smoke and mirrors marketing with no stable product to back it up. If you read any real technical forums they all say the same thing. (I am on iOS 8.)

Garbage. Absolute garbage.

Unreliable at the best of times; unusable at the worst of times. If your choice is anything related to AirWatch or giving up mobile corporate email, give up the email. If there is a worse way to implement secure content, I have yet to see it.

Worst mail app Ive used on iOS

This is by far the worst email app I have used for iOS. Notifications dont work. You can only see four messages in the list at a time. The layout looks like it was done by a student. No configuration for the layout. This is total crap compared to the native email client.

Not a top-class email client

Serviceable email client, and obviously your only option if your company forces you to use the container version. Missing some key functions that are minor annoyances... Minor annoyances in an app that you probably use constantly throughout the day becomes a major issue: - Cant change the text size and default font is clownishly large. - doesnt allow you to "mark all Read" which means mine will always indicate over 100 unread work emails. - cant reply to calendar attendees - a feature that Blackberry has had for years, still seems to be missing in many email clients. NB: Good did allow you to do this - Also doesnt allow look-up of email recipients from your orgs master directory. Only uses your local contacts... Another feature that Blackberry and Good have had for years On the bright-side, handles attachments much better than Good.
