Worst program ever

Its a zero star program. Known issue from I.T. department has a major issue with users not being able to access their emails; there is about 30-40 users per day without proper access. Airwatch needs to get this figured out ASAP; GOOD app. Is far superior.

Cant believe they are actually in market

As an end user its the most irritating software I have seen recently.

Horrible

If I could give it negative stars I would. My company switched from Good app and I have no idea why. Airwatch only refreshes emails once a day at best and just doesnt work. The view is zoomed in with large font and doesnt seem customizable. Wish I didnt have to use it.

Seriously Lacking

Our company recently moved to Airwatch from Good and the experience has been, in a word, terrible. Among the many issues I have with the service are: -New contacts can only be added manually - there is no way to add a contact by selecting a sender within an existing email -The app is not optimized for the larger screen size of the iPhones 6. This makes for a terrible visual experience as everything is stretched to fit the screen. -Simple attachments cannot be opened within the app or the content locker... xls format, for example, is not compatible. -Notifications do not seem to function properly. - There are no group actions available to move or mark as read. I was not a fan of Good, but Airwatch is even worse. Not recommended.

Not GOOD

I cant believe this company lands deals with large corporations. Must have a great sales team because the app is garbage. I cant even adjust the giant primary school font size...never synchs properly and I need a separate app for attachments!

Absolutely Garbage

Amazing that such a garbage exist and actually can sell! stay away! It stopped working since 9.3, unbelievable!!

TouchID Doesnt Work after iOS 9.3 Upgrade

The prompt for TouchID to get into the AirWatch Inbox no longer automatically pops up. Touching on the FingerPrint icon does nothing. Forced to key in the passphrase in order to get into Inbox.

Decent Enterprise email app

The app is okay overall and an improvement over Good which was used by my company previously. A couple issues: - need to be able to set unique sounds for mail and reminders. I cant set a tone for corporate email versus personal email and likewise for reminders and calendar events. - dont like how all folders automatically are expanded when filing an email. - cant turn on/off my out-of-office from the app As well since the 9.3 upgrade I can no longer use Touch ID to log into the app

Garbage Notifications

Notifications dont actually work. And touchID no longer works properly with iOS 9.3. Its hard to believe the developer is committed to a quality product!

junk - And pathetic support

they know that touch is broken with 9.3 - shouldnt have broken in the first place & now there doesnt seem any effort to fix this and all the other bugs

An Embarrassment of an App

This app is terrible. Constantly crashes, not optimized for iPhone 6+. Even when it does work its slow and nearly unusable. Stay away if you can.

Inline images do not display

Images within the email body are not displayed.

Unstable

After 1h, I successfully got my mail (1 mail in my inbox) then the apps crash and cannot start anymore. I already reinstall the apps from scratch several, I dont want to do it anymore.

Problem!

After loading the last version, now i can not open the app.

Very limited functionality

Pros: works Cons: no auto signature, no sync of outlook calendar with iPhone calendar, not adapted to high resolution I was really disappointed with functionality of this program. Unfortunately I dont have a choice and have to use it because of corporate limitations.

Serves a Purpose

The app is ok and serves its intended purpose. Im not thrilled with the inconsistency of notifications and alerts. I have to continue to go into the app to check mail. Id rather be confident the app will notify me in a timely manner.

Awful

The UI and user experience in this app is atrocious. The vendor needs to put a great deal of effort into fixing this because the solution is subpar compared to the competition. No touchID integration, push notifications are practically useless, folder navigation is difficult, the calendar view isnt convenient, etc. Really just an overall disappointment. I expected much more. VMware needs to invest in this product if they expect it to be their flagship MDM/BYOD product.

Terrible

I only use this because it is required. Attachments rarely work and the app crashes constantly.

Junk

**** update. Please save me from this disaster of an app. I literally lose productivity from this app. I hate my employer for doing this to us. At least Good worked. Came from a company using Good technology and I will say, I miss good. This piece of junk is slower than slow. UI is a major headache and calendaring is a poor excuse for enterprise ready. I typically have to go to my laptop and open outlook to do anything now. Way to go IT. Buy it just because the big guys own them now.
